We receive complaints that unscrupulous agents are renting out apartments or using them for their own purposes without notifying the owners themselves (or informing them that the apartment is not rented out). 

If you suspect that your apartment is being used without your permission, please contact the condominium's office. 

 All standard locks in apartments are smart locks that store all information about the keys and the history of the lock opening. We will read this information from the lock and provide it to you. 

 If your concerns are confirmed, we will help you to cancel your previous key cards so that no one can enter the apartment without your permission.
